The Girls Aloud singer joined the social networking site earlier this year and recently posted a number of messages mentioning her family.
She wrote: "My oldest nephew tells me he's following me on Twitter (he's 12), so I'm watching my p's&q's and feeling a little strangled on here now....haha."
In another tweet she mentioned having "6 dogs, 3 kids and a room full of unwrapped presents."
The former X Factor judge added that her younger nephew was over-excited by the upcoming festive season.
